Bragni is a listing platform operated by STARTIONS LLP. Brands and sellers contract with each other directly; Bragni is not a party to their agreements and takes no commission. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their pages and for delivering what they sell. Profiles and JOBs are reviewed and may be removed if they break these rules.
A seller's enquiries, customers and payments are stored in that seller's own database and are never shown to the Bragni student team or other users. Brands' accounts and plans are visible to the Bragni team; brands' messages with sellers are private between them. Page visits are counted as numbers, never tracked to a person.
Plans paid to STARTIONS follow the STARTIONS refund policy. Payments between brands and sellers go through the seller's own gateway and follow the seller's own refund policy, shown on their page or course.
A.I. influencers must state what kind of persona they are (a virtual persona, a digital twin of a real creator with their consent, or a brand avatar) and publish a disclosure before their page goes live. Every card, filter and page shows the A.I. tag. Brand content made with an A.I. persona must be labelled as such, following ASCI guidelines.
